Contacts have been established with representatives of several firms in the automotive industry. It is hoped that mutually beneficial partnerships will thus be formed as the program matures in the near future. In addition to these, an advisory board meets on a regular basis with faculty members in the program. The board consists of representatives of TAYSAD and major automotive manufacturers in Turkey. The advisory board makes suggestions on the content of the program and the way it is implemented. The program will be reviewed and modified accordingly every semester. Boğaziçi University, Ford Otosan, and OYAK Renault have signed a research partnership agreement. Undergraduate and graduate students of the Department of Mechnical Engineering will be financially supported through joint research projects. |
